Miss Mary’s Mix Return Policy [Updated February 2022]

The following Return Policy/ Refund Policy applies to customers who have purchased product on MissMarysMix.com, in-store at a retail partner location, or via third party ecommerce site.

Package Return Policy

Miss Mary’s Mix handles consumer returns on a case by case basis due to the cost and complexity of shipping liquids. We only offer this remedy on purchases made from MissMarysMix.com.  Please contact us to learn more.

 In-Store purchases will be subject to the individual retailer’s policy. Amazon or Instacart purchases will, likewise, be subject to the respective  return policies of each company.

Commercial returns are addressed by Miss Mary’s Mix Distribution Partners, including Faire.com and Juniper Market. Please communicate directly with them according to their policy.

Purchase Refund Policy

Please request your refunds for defective or damaged products in writing within 7 days of purchase. We will only replace product(s) once per customer. We may require proof of damage and/or notification to the shipping company.

At this time, Miss Mary’s Mix does not offer price adjustments directly to consumers.
