Miss Mary’s Mix Return Policy
The following Return Policy/ Refund Policy applies to customers who have purchased product on MissMarysMix.com, in-store at a retail partner location, or via third party ecommerce site.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?
Our team works hard to make sure your order arrives correctly and safely. Sometimes though, mistakes happen.
If your order was incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon after you receive your shipment so we can make it right. We may ask you for a picture of your delivery — not because we don't trust you, but because it helps us negotiate with our shippers.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the cost and complexity of shipping liquids, returns are not accepted on purchases made from MissMarysMix.com. Refunds may be offered on a case by case basis.
In-Store purchases will be subject to the individual retailer’s policy. Amazon or Instacart purchases will, likewise, be subject to the respective return policies of each company.
Commercial returns are addressed by Miss Mary’s Mix Distribution Partners, including Faire.com. Please communicate directly with them according to their policy.
REFUNDING A PURCHASE
We provide detailed product information on each product page so that every consumer can educate themselves on each ingredient and consider their taste preference before making a purchase. Refunds are only issued upon return of the original order to our warehouse upon inspection. Refunds will not be issued on opened product. You'll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase through MissMarysMix.com. To start a return, please contact us to request your return and for further instructions.
Please request your refunds for defective or damaged products in writing within 7 days of purchase. We will only replace product(s) once per customer. We may require proof of damage and/or notification to the shipping company.
At this time, Miss Mary’s Mix does not offer price adjustments directly to consumers.
