1) Quick Summary (Customer-Friendly)

  • 30 days from delivery for eligible returns on unopened, non-perishable items.

  • No returns on opened or consumable products for safety—if damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund without asking you to ship it back.

  • Damaged/Leaking/Incorrect items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos—we’ll send a free replacement or refund.

  • Refund speed: Issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Return shipping: We provide a prepaid label for approved returns; a $7.95 return shipping fee may be deducted unless it was our error.

  • Exchanges: Fast, free exchanges for the same item if stock allows.

  • Subscriptions: Same coverage; you can skip or cancel any time before renewal.


 

2) Eligibility & Conditions

To keep customers safe and comply with food-safety regulations:

  • Unopened, non-perishable items (factory sealed) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items cannot be returned. If there’s a quality issue, we will replace or refund—no return required.

  • Short-dated or clearance items, free gifts, samples, and final sale are non-returnable.

  • Bundles/Kits: Must be returned complete.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

  • International orders: Refunds only (no exchanges) unless required by local law.

Tip: Keep the shipping box and packaging until you inspect your order. For heavy, liquid items, photos of interior packing prevent carrier disputes and speed up solutions.

 


 

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (We Cover It)

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  1. Go to https://account.missmarysmix.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Click the three dots at the right of your order and select "Request Return"

  3. Select the items for return and submit "Return Request."

  4. Send email to info@missmarysmix.com with photos of: the shipping box (inside & outside), the shipping label, the product(s) showing damage/lot code, and any leakage. 

  5. We’ll process your within 1–2 business days and ship replacements on us.

For safety, do not ship leaking items back. We’ll advise responsible disposal or local recycling.

 


 

4) Lost, Stolen, or Temperature-Affected Shipments

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days. We can file a carrier claim and offer one-time courtesy reshipment or store credit after review.

  • En-route Loss: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, we’ll reship or refund.

  • Heat/Freeze Impact: If product quality is affected by extreme temperatures despite our packing, send photos to info@missmarysmix.com within 7 days; we’ll replace or refund. 

 


 

5) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Best: Use the Return Portal at https://account.missmarysmix.com.

  • Or email us at info@missmarysmix.com with your order # and reason.

  • Approved returns receive a prepaid label. Please ship within 10 days of approval.

 


 

6) Refunds, Store Credit, and Fees

  • Refund method: Original payment method or store credit—your choice at initiation.

  • Timing: Once approved (and if a return is required, once scanned by the carrier), refunds are issued within 3–5 business days; your bank may take additional time.

  • Return shipping: If the return is due to our error (damage, defect, wrong item), we cover it. Otherwise, a $7.95 shipping deduction may apply, shown at checkout in the portal.

  • Restocking (rare): For large/heavy cases returned due to customer preference (not our error), a 5% restocking fee may apply to help offset carrier handling and disposal. This will be disclosed before you confirm.

  • Promotions: If a return drops the order below promo thresholds, discounts may be reversed proportionally.

 


 

7) Exchanges

  • Same-item exchange for flavor/variant defects or carrier damage: free where stock allows.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, choose store credit or refund.

 


 

8) Subscriptions

  • You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime prior to the next charge in your account portal [https://account.missmarysmix.com]

  • Click the "Manage" button in the upper right corner and select "Manage Subscription."

  • Subscription orders follow the same damage/defect coverage and 30-day unopened return window.

 


 

9) Address Errors & Refused Deliveries

  • If an address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we’ll attempt a carrier intercept (fees may apply).

  • Refused/undeliverable packages may incur round-trip shipping deductions.

 


 

10) Quality & Safety

We batch-test for quality and track lot codes. If you experience an issue, please share the lot code photo—this helps us trace and improve quickly.

 


 

11) Legal Stuff (Plain English)

  • This policy applies to purchases on MissMarysMix.com only.

  • We follow all applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing here limits rights you may have under those laws.

  • Chargebacks: Please contact us first—we resolve issues quickly and in writing.
