I’ve been flavoring up Greek yogurt forever and this is my new favorite healthy snack! Save this post to make it later or send to a friend who might love this too 🍎
Ingredients
- 1 Apple - slice it super super thin
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt (I used plain, but you don’t have to)
- 1 T oats
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 splash (maybe teaspoon??) @missmarysmix salted caramel sugar free syrup
Directions
Slice apple thinly.
Combine ingredients, shake, and enjoy!

You can totally mix it up and add your favorites - flaked coconut, chocolate chips, granola, date caramel …. It’s so good!
