We work hard to get your order packed securely and delivered quickly. Heavy, liquid products require extra care in packaging and handling—we’ve built our shipping policy to be transparent, safe, and customer-first.

1) Processing Times

Order processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Peak times/launches: Processing may take 2–3 business days—we’ll keep you updated by email.

Orders placed after 12pm CST ship the next business day.
2) Shipping Speeds & Carriers
We ship via USPS.

Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–7 business days, depending on location.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Note: Heavy, liquid items may ship in multiple boxes to ensure safe delivery.
3) Shipping Rates

Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $7.95 for most orders

Free Standard Shipping: Orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).

Subscription Orders: Same as stand-alone orders. Free for orders $50+.
4) Where We Ship

United States (contiguous 48 states): Yes.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Available with adjusted rates—may take longer.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Yes via USPS only (longer transit times).

International: Canada-only (Available with adjusted rates—may take longer).
5) Packaging & Safety for Liquids

All products ship in protective, leak-resistant packaging with inserts to prevent breakage.

Orders containing glass bottles are double-boxed or foam-protected.

For summer/winter shipments, we may add insulated packaging to protect quality.
6) Delivery Issues
Damaged / Leaking Packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking:

Take photos of the box, label, and product.

Contact us within 7 days at info@missmarysmix.com.

We’ll replace or refund—no return required.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but not received, please check with neighbors/household first.

Contact us within 7 days. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and offer a one-time courtesy reship or store credit.
Delays

Once shipped, transit times are controlled by the carrier.

Weather, holidays, and high-volume periods may extend delivery. We’ll notify you of known delays.
7) Order Tracking

Track anytime at https://account.missmarysmix.com or via the shipping confirmation email.

Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
8) Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If the carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, the order may be returned.

Option 1: Reship to the corrected address (reship fees may apply).

Option 2: Refund minus original shipping fees once the package is returned to us.

9) Split Shipments
Large or heavy orders may be split into multiple boxes. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
10) Subscription Orders

Always ship via USPS or UPS depending on lowest rate.

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime before the next charge in your account portal.
11) Holiday & Weather Notices

Carriers may suspend guaranteed delivery windows during holidays or extreme weather.

We recommend ordering early during peak seasons to avoid disappointment.
