Ingredients

⅓ Cup of Almond Powder

½ Cup Oat Flour
-
2/3 Cup Whey Protein Isolate

1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder

½ tsp. Baking Soda
-
2 Tbsp. Black Cocoa Powder
-
Dash of Salt
-
Stevia Baking Powder (to taste)

3 Tbsp. Sugar Free Chocolate Salted Caramel Chips
-
2 1/8 Cups 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
-
1 ¼ Cup Egg Whites
-
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
-
2-3 Tbsp. Miss Mary’s Sinless Syrup Salted Caramel

Liquid Stevia (to taste)
Dry Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or lightly oil a loaf pan.
In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl, blend all wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Top with Lily’s Salted Caramel Chocolate Chips.
Bake for 45 minutes. Don’t overbake!
Cool completely, then refrigerate. Stores up to 5 days.
