Once in a while, we get a letter from a customer that stops us in our tracks. This is one of those. We posted in our Facebook Group about a potential press opportunity related to coffee recipes to see if anyone had a great one using Sinless Syrups. 😇 (Hey! We're a small business. We have to get creative with our press sometimes!)

Similar to our experience in the mixer industry, coffee syrups were either full-sugar or artificially sweetened. We wanted to improve upon what was already in the market, so we set about raising standards for sugar free syrups.
That meant we experimented A LOT.
Our first iteration of syrups included erythritol, but new research and customer feedback told us that we should head back to the kitchen, so to speak.
We did and what we created was a very special balance of stevia leaf extract and monk fruit for a "just right" sweetness with little to no aftertaste.Â

As a diabetic, I have had to adapt my love for coffee. I searched for a long time to try to find a good syrup that would not spike my blood sugar. I tried "sugar free" flavors, but more often than not, they are flavored with erythritol, a sugar alcohol, or even sucralose.Â
Both cause huge blood sugar spikes and are no-gos.Â
But I happened upon Miss Mary's Sinless Syrups' wonderful line of flavors. They use monk fruit and stevia to sweeten and give me NO spike.
I can pick from a variety of flavors and still enjoy a quality espresso with delicious flavors. Often I dont even need milk because the flavors are so spot-on!
So for me, as a diabetic, my perfect cup is a double shot, 16 oz (at the minimum) with coconut milk. (Lactose also spikes blood sugar.)Â
