Sinless Vodka Gimlet Recipe

This delightfully simple cocktail was in vogue during the 50s

If you watched Mad Men, you probably saw Betty Draper down a few Gimlets. Made traditionally with Gin, the Gimlet has a refined reputation. It is slightly sweet and often served in an elegant glass adding to its appeal.

With just three ingredients, we recommend using a quality vodka (like Tito's Handmade Vodka). Don't let the simplicity fool you. The Gimlet packs a punch.

INGREDIENTS - What you Need

• 2 oz. premium Vodka
• 1 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Sinless Simple Syrup (or to taste)
• Garnish: Lime Wheel

INSTRUCTIONS - How to Make

The Gimlet is served neat (no ice), so you'll want to combine ingredients in a tumbler/shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into your cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel.

This is an excellent cocktail to make at scale because the ratios are so easy and once combined, the ingredients shouldn't separate. What a fun choice for a Summer party!
