Bulletproof coffee was buzzworthy a few years ago. In case you forgot, this surprise trend is based on adding grass-fed butter to your morning Joe. The idea behind it is that if you are already in Ketosis (burning fat for fuel v. glucose), adding fat to caffeine will deliver a bigger boost of energy and leave you feeling full(er) for long(er).
One of the best outcomes of the low-carb diet trend is the realization that dietary fat isn’t all bad. In fact, our bodies and minds work SO much better when we include regular servings of healthy fats. Why? Well, for starters, fat is delicious and it helps us feel rewarded. Even more importantly,
