French 75 Recipe HeaderSinless French 75 Recipe

Is there ever a wrong time to enjoy Champagne? No. No there is not.

The French 75 is a sophisticated, refreshing Summer sipper. We think it makes a marvelous brunch cocktail, signature cocktail for bridal showers or daytime wedding. It also pairs well with charcuterie and conversation at your next ladies-night-in!

The recipe for a French 75 is fairly universal, but this was submitted by one of our earliest customers for Sinless Simple Syrup. Here's what she recommends:

INGREDIENTS - What you Need

French 75 Recipe
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Sinless Simple Syrup
  • Champagne topper

INSTRUCTIONS - How to Make

If your ingredients are cold, you can mix these right in a flute. If you're using a Champagne coupe or the ingredients are room temperature, you may want to combine in a shaker with ice before straining into the glass.

Add Champagne to fill the glass and get to sipping!

To make a large batch of these, you can combine all ingredients except the champagne in whatever multiples you like (10x, 20x, etc!). Champagne is always best fresh out of the bottle, so you'll still want to top your glass with it.

PRO TIP: For poolside, on the lake, or at the beach, substitute Champagne for Sparkline wine in a can. Where there's a will, there's a way!
