The mojito is made with white rum, lime, simple syrup, soda water, and MINT. See? Perhaps your chaos gardening was serendipitous.

Traditionally, the lime, sugar, and mint are muddled in the bottom of a glass to release the sensory delights of the mint. Top with ice & rum, then fill the rest of your glass with soda.
Obviously, the size of the glass will determine how much soda is appropriate.
What makes it a Keto Mojito?
A regular mojito uses 2 tsp of sugar per drink. While that's only 16 calories, it is 4g of sugar per serving. And if you're trying to reduce or eliminate sugar from your diet, you might think you have to pass on the mojito.
